Time to get back on track. I've had such issues with the arthritis :( Other than light walking, any type of vigorous exercise has been nearly impossible. I am refocusing my efforts, and have purchased good foods, and plan on making healthy choices.
Dr. suggests the recumbent bicycle, as it will be less stress on the knees and hips.

happy to say I've maintained, however... I need to find the motivation to get back to the losing! Don't get me wrong, it's fabulous to maintain, but I need to keep losing! UGH!!

Bought the Biggest Loser workout w/ Bob. Going to start that tomorrow. Get back to the food journals too. I've gotten lazy, thankfully I've maintained, but this has gone on long enough. Time to re focus!!
