Hi my name is jan and i live in England i have 1 daughter and 2 beautiful grandaughters. I work for a charity in a healthy living centre in the catering dept i love my job but i'm constantly surounded by food which i some times find hard.I've just started bums and tums as i know i don't get enough exercice so i'm hoping that this will burn a few extra calories.

It happened to me about 20years ago in work i was the
last one to leave and so embarrassed when it happened this is the first time i.ve mentioned it happened it still bothers me today Very Happy

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Every morning some times i feel like throwing the scales out of the window especially if i've had a bad day and put weight on but i'm hoping to keep on track this time

Im new here and looking for buds i'm not on atkins i'm calorie counting i work in the food industry so any healthy recipes would be great i love a good moan especially about my weight and anything else for that matter
