My sleeping habits are not yet back to normal. Sleeping most of the day, awake all night for two weeks now. However, I am following through with my workout routine.

Began my workout routine on Monday, followed through Tuesday. I plan to stay committed to the routine for a few months. On another note, my diet has been getting better, but not elite.
