Still some discomfort in my right shoulder but no actual pain. Had an hour of boxing and half an hour of general strength workouts yesterday. And today, I had a full body workout.

Stayed over at my uncle's over the weekend. Worked out on Friday. On Saturday I ran a mile and ran 4-50 yards sprints.

Stretched out the shoulder for the first time, felt very little discomfort, might have been simple tightness of the muscle. I'm gonna keep stretching out over the weekend and, if its pain-free, I'll begin rehabilitating it on Monday. On another note, meals have been better as of late. Also, been running a lot this week.

Shoulder still not 100%, however, it feels way better. Also, I ran a couple laps around the track at the park and ran 4, 50 yard, sprints. And had a light, general strength, workout afterwards. On another note, meals have been weak this week.
