*FINALLY REACHED MY GOAL* (155lbs.) -Missed my workout yesterday, Friday, because of discomfort in my right shoulder. It probably happened on Thursday while doing push-ups.

Began new workout routine yesterday (Wednesday). The focus is "explosiveness". On another note, finally ran out of protein powder, so now I'm relying on egg whites for post-workout, etc... until I'm able to purchase more protein powder.

Unable to workout nor weigh myself over the weekend (stayed over my uncle's). Ate like crazy though. Finally I worked out last night at the park, however, only upperbody.
