I've decided to add some of my own mini goals this coming week.
1. Exercise every day.
2. Spend a little time every morning motivating myself.
3. No snacking.
4. Measure instead of estimating food amounts.
I'll have to write these down!

Yesterday went pretty well considering it was my first holiday with a dessert since last July 4th. I would have been within my RDI if I hadn't caved and had two margaritas. Today, I'm back on track!
I'm going on a trip to New Orleans Friday so I need to mentally prepare.

I visited family this weekend. My splurging... kind of a controlled explosion. I did make quite a few healthy choices that I wouldn't have before considered, but I ate too much. The difference might mean weight maintenance over weight loss for this week. I guess I'll see the damage tomorrow.
Today was the worst. I started out with good intentions, but all in all I ended up dealing with unexpected temptations such as fried foods. And I didn't deal with them too well. I am a little down about it, but I am still optimistic for the second week.
Goals for this week: more exercise and a better regulated diet.
