I was always small growing up and in my 20's. So being overweight and fighting with it for decades has been depressing. Once I put my mind to loosing weight, I can be successfull, but it is starting that is my downfall. Here I go again. At 62 and beyond, I do not want to be this overweight senior citizen who will eventually need to use a wheelchair if I do not get my act in gear.

I am back.
It has been awhile since I tried to loose weight now. I keep thinking that I may have to take a trip to California to train a couple of people and I would like to be smaller when I go. This is so hard for me as my body wants to be where it is and I don't want it to be. I think there is something inherit about your body that knows it wants to be this weight and I struggle to break that fact. I grew up thin and healthy and sometimes I think it would have been better to be heavy growing up so I would not know the differance. I am 64 and do not want to be an old fat woman in my later years. Ugh. So I will try to beat this. Confused

Water is the most important componet of Atkins or any other program you might be in. You can keep on track with carb intake, but not drinking the water to flush out the fat cells would not be wise. If you are not peeing clear fluid, then you are not drinking enough water.Exclamation
