Hi, I'm 47, been off and on weightwatchers online since Christmas 2011. I am 5'8 and 170, my normal weight has always been between 145 and 150. When I hit 45 something happened with my metabolism and I started gaining weight and it's so hard to get it off. I'll lose 5 lbs then gain it right back. I'm going to focus on eating healthy and exercising and see what happens. My goal weight is 155.
