Hi, I'm 47, been off and on weightwatchers online since Christmas 2011. I am 5'8 and 170, my normal weight has always been between 145 and 150. When I hit 45 something happened with my metabolism and I started gaining weight and it's so hard to get it off. I'll lose 5 lbs then gain it right back. I'm going to focus on eating healthy and exercising and see what happens. My goal weight is 155.

Cheat Days
Does anyone have cheat days on their diet. I've heard many people say that they always allow themselves one cheat day a week, and I was just wondering if that really works if you stick to your diet all week and then eat anything you want on one day of the weekend?
