I'm a 52 year old female from Washingto State. I weigh 187lbs at this very moment, well as of yesterday morning, and my goal is to weigh 135lbs. That's the weight that I feel athletic and not sickly. I haven't weight that little for ummm...ten years. But, I do remember what it feels like to be 135lbs. How I felt in cute clothes, how energetic I was, I was ten years younger too, how much fun it was to try on clothes and shop. I lost 80lbs on the Adkins diet back then. I weighed over 200lbs and lost down to 135lbs on Adkins. I slowly gained back, as you can see almost all of that. I've tried Akins several times, but for some reason after losing 10lbs quickly, I can't seem to lose anymore no matter what I do. Weird huh? So, I've tried so many other diets...was pretty successful on Weight Watchers but gained my 25lbs back after leaving...got too expensive. Last diet was kill yourself exercising and not eating much. Didn't work. Then I saw the TV show, I Can Make You Thin about two weeks ago...It really made sense, really! And now two weeks later I have lost five pounds! The best thing about this way of losing is that I don't have to count anything, calories or carbs or fat, nothing. I eat when I'm hungry, eat what I want, eat conciously, and stop when I'm full. I was given tools to use when I'm stressed and want to eat emotionally. IT WORKS! OMG!
