I've been overweight for almost 10 years. I used to be pretty fit, but after having my kiddos I let myself go. I still feel like I'm sort of active, but my eating habits are horrible. I enjoy being outside. I love to garden, and walk my dogs, and take the kids to the park. I joined a gym a few months ago and I enjoy going there too. I look forward to getting in shape and losing weight!
