Ok so my first couple days were not so great. I eat when I'm stressed, so I have to find a better way to deal with that. Also I have to get used to recording my food. I've done that in the past and that has helped. This site is is even better than writing it down, since it keeps track of all the calories...no math!
I did eat out twice this week and today I had my first coke in two days. I think today I'm just going to do a lot of research and find recipes that will be fun to make, are healthy, but still fill me up.
I don't keep junk food in the house, because my kids would only want to eat that. So there's lots of healthy snack options for me, but I am big on driving to the store to get chips or something I want and I'll eat it before I get home.
This really is a life style change. I didn't realize how much I have to change if I want this to work out.
