Wow I was shocked to look at my weight history and see I've lost 16 lbs since Feb! I just feel like I'm moving like a snail and haven't lost anything, so that was a nice suprise! In the past when I've lost weight I dropped a big amount quickly, but I gained it right back after a few months, so maybe this slow and steady is what I need to keep doing. I still struggle with the I want it all off right now mentality :/
Also I need to get in the habit of recording my food and exersice. I'm sure there is areas I need to work on like less of certain foods and kicking up the exercise some.

I had my blood work drawn because of my weight. I'm healthy! Its a relief to know I still have a chance to get my body in shape before I do any permanent damage.

Hello fatsecret. I haven't been giving my lifestyle change a chance. Today I feel very good about it. My sister is living with me and this morning we weighed ourselves and we plan to every Monday. Also we're getting back to the gym today and watching out for each other as far as food goes.
