Well I am back. I have been off a few days and have been dealing with issues regarding my dog. He "attacked" my nephew - very small no stitches or blood but still he went after him. And now we need to decide whether to keep him or not - my son is 22 months. It is so tough to believe this wonderful animal did this. I have been very anxious about this and thought I might eat more as a result. I have found that being on Atkins has made me not really want the "bad" stuff. So no comfort food for me - just major stress.

The scale is showing success and my clothes fit better. How do I continue to stay motivated? I keep wanting something sweet and sinful.
