I am starting the new year fresh and ready to go. My goal this year to run the 8K and then maybe do a couple more runs this year. I know I can do this. I have to be healthy for my two kids.

It has been 2 weeks since the birth of my daughter. I am already back in my regular clothes. Have lost all the weight I gained but would like to get to my goal weight. Will be doing some mini marathons in the near future to motivate me...

So I find out this morning that I am pregnant. Very early but still pregnant! Yeah! Since I was gestationally diabetic last time I will monitor very carefully what I eat this time and of course keep up with exercise. Anybody else our there with me?
