No real movement weight wise. Could not go to the gym during work today hopefully can fit in a long session tomorrow.

Wii has given me a 1lb weight gain!!!! I thought I was so good yesterday. Obviously not, the oatcakes and 1 little biscuit will have to go!

No weight change this morning.
Have reduced my calorie intake to 1400 today. I obviously sitting down at work affects my weight loss more than I previously thought.
A friend pointed this out to me so she was very helpful.
Birthday cake at work I have taken the tinyest piece really.
Not sure what to cook later for our family dinner. Must be quick and simple! In one hour I'm going swimming.

Have lost 2lbs weight due to being strict on Sunday and Monday. Or was it because my period just finished!
Snacks seems to cause me problems. Will research this and find a solution.

Have gained 1lb. How did that happen? Went to a neighbours get together and was a little bored. There was no dancing so I only had a little brie, garlic bread, ham, smoked salmon, a tiny bit of potato salad with some white wine. On top of my dinner of grilled chicken and another potato. Oh! I see that's how it happended ;-( Must try harder.
Did go to the gym this morning. Had a very tiny lunch. Now I understand were the weight gain is coming from I shall try a little harder this week. I'm just going to relax now and rest for tomorrow
