Looking for answers
Hi All,
Thanks for the add.. We have been on the WOE for approx 5 months.. we have had a couple of slips but we are human. Gatherings were hard to get used to
In the beginning.

While in the beginning I lost more size than numbers, I felt everything was moving in the right direction. So fast forward to today. I have the Ketosticks which show me traces of ketones (the 2nd pinky color) and I purchased a blood ketones machine. I'm confused.. while I understand urine has variables, my blood is only 0.3.

So yesterday I had walked just over 10k steps on walks.. and my Fitbit went flat. I walked twice in the day because I have a desk job.

My diet yesterday was two eggs cooked in butter, two cups of tea with double cream and a stevia,for lunch I had pickles, cheese and prosciutto, dinner was Brussels cooked In ghee, approx 100grams of deep fried chicken mushroom cooked in butter.. a cup of tea with double cream and stevia and two fat bombs with coconut oil dark choc and sweetner melted down..

Please give me your honest opinion.. what am I doing wrong??
