Feeling good - went for another run this morning, and have been eating well (for me anyway). If I get through tonight without any snacking - it will be a week without binging for me! I am pretty sure I will do it too,because I have to go out with my Mum and my daughter after dinner - so the opportunity won't be there. I have also taken up some hand sewing in the evenings - with the idea being that if my hands are busy I won't be able to use them to stuff my mouth!

Still doing good - went for a jog this morning - considering it would be the first time in at least two months I was very pleased with how well I did - had to walk a couple of times, but I didn't feel like I was dying - so the walking I have been doing has maintained some fitness. Then in my shower afterwards, I felt so good for the exercise. I really want to hang on to how good it felt to motivate me to keep running, and have to keep telling myself that the exercise makes me feel much better than binge eating does.
