Just checked a BMI calculator - and while I am pleased that I manage to fall below the obese level - I would like to get it lower. My current goal is to get to 80kgs - but that will still leave me with a BMI of 27.4. If I want to get below the overweight level - I will have to get to 73kg - which means losing a bit more than 10kgs. I should adopt this as a long term goal - but my mind has trouble even imaging my body at that weight - I would look completely different - I wonder if it is even possible. When I get to 80 kg I will set it as a six month goal - I am a firm believer in losing weight gradually. Very very gradually at the moment. Circumstances have stopped my exercising again at the moment, but hopefully when I can get that going again the weight loss will speed up a bit.

Felt good yesterday with a healthy and satisfying lunch, and minimal snacking. Slightly disappointed though this morning when my slight wieght loss had reversed. I guess it is just a small fluctuation, so trying to stay positive.
I am starting the no eating in the evening challenge tomorrow - I have some trepidation, but am feeling more positive about realistically being able to achieve it - keeping up with quilting in the evening will help, then my hands won't be able to shove food in my mouth.
