Pleased to see a little weight drop today. Also I am now over a week and a half without binging at night, or buying terrible treats when I go grocery shopping. Last night was the first time a real opportunity arose to buy some chocolate and chips when I was out by myself, and I was very tempted. But I didn't - and I felt pleased about resisting, and now I am rewarded with a sign that the wieght is heading in the right direction after my hard work for the last couple of weeks. :-)

My wieght is still holding steady - but I found yesterday harder than expected. Maybe it was because I did so much exercise that I was quite hungry in the afternoon - but it also felt a bit like a habit - Thurs is a night I normally binge, and I think my mind was looking forward to it. Anyway - I didn't do to bad - I did have more snacks than usual before dinner, but went out after dinner, and when I got back, I managed to resist the fatter options I would usually go for, and had a biscuit and few crackers.
