protein vs. carbs
Protein should always win his fight in under 30 seconds of round 1.
There are very few of you with your protein levels high enough. Start raking note of e pie chart on your food diary.
The protein should be 65-70% & he Carb 18-25% with fat the rest.
I CAN'T STRESS THE IMPORTANCE OF THIS. EVERYONE NEEDS TO CHANGE IT. THOSE OF U WHO DONT NLKNOW WHO U R!!!!!!!!

Jump Start Your Day-Early AM Cardio
Early AM carido is a very beneficial part of a weight loss or bodyfat reduction program.
Your body has a tendency to burn off more body fat in the morning oon an empty stomach and a well rested body going on preferable 7-8 hours of sleep. I knoe how it goes and if you look at my activities chart that rarely happens in my life. I'm really going to start working on that part of my life.
If you try to make a habit of this it's amazing how good you'll not only physically but mentally as well. A sense of accomplished that you will have all day from doing 30-40 minutes is amazing in itself. Try making a habbit of it and you may just find yourself jumoing out of bed early to get it done.
