Just figured out that my RDI wasn't adjusting as I lost weight. No wonder I've been confused by no movement on the scale! Not sure when the site changed, but my exercise page used to give how many calories you burn with no activity, and now doesn't. Didn't realize what it was calculating on until this afternoon. Yikes! This is completely fixable, but boy to I feel like an idiot for not noticing.
I guess the good news is that I kept it down without the right math, so yea me! Now, I can restart the losing!

I wasn't sure how things would go with Thanksgiving. We were out of town, in a house without a scale, and I had some fun, big meals planned for my family. (Including a tasty seafood bisque that I was dying to make, but knew would be REALLY heavy.)
But guess what? I made it! I'm still not snacking, I'm doing well with portion control and I seem to be listening when my body gets full, instead of cleaning everyone else's plates. My goal of needing to drag out old outfits for our big Christmas trip is getting closer!

Ran into a wonderful woman yesterday who was such encouragement to me last time around. She made me feel like a rock star and proud of the progress so far. Ended up in conversation with several women who have or are trying to lose right now, and it was great. Each of us is doing our own thing, but we're doing what works for us, and we feel good. Let's do this!
