Well, I guess it's time to change the goal. I'm here and I'm holding, and I think I could lose a little more still without adding the exercise piece. I don't feel deprived, but I do feel good. Let's start with a small new goal and see what happens!

Had my typical bounce back up after a weekend of functions, but it was mild, and came back down this week. We'll see how this goes now that I made it this far, but it looks like if I hold my intake at 1300, I might still be able to drop a bit more. Either way, I feel good and happy, so I'm content to see where this goes for a while.

I've arrived! Pre-wedding weight!!! Many years and five kids later, I've made it back, and I'm really happy. We see how far I can take this, but even if this is where I stay, I'm content and proud!

So happy with my maintenance of late, plus small losses! One more pound to wedding weight, of (cough, cough) years ago. Debating whether to work on the holding pattern to assure that I can keep this, or start a new phase of loss by adding exercise. I know I'll do the exercise for the next step eventually, but kind of want to be sure I can really hold steady before I tackle more.
