Advice Please
I started my diet on January 7th, and have lost 15 lbs as of today. I have been eating 1200 calories a day and drinking water like a fish. I walk at least a mile in the morning and a mile at night, although last night I walked a little over 4 miles consecutively. I would say to make sure you are drinking plenty of water, and when you exercise, push yourself. For example, instead of walking at a slow speed for longer, walk faster and push yourself. I have always heard that, that helps with your weight loss. But, everybody's body is different. So, I would try doing what you feel is best, and see if it works for you.
