Midnight munchies
I like late night snacks too! I usually will have a handful of almonds or a couple of pretzels with roasted red pepper humus to help curb the munchies.

HEARTBURN
If you experience heartburn frequently, you may have GERD, Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disease. This is usually maintained with prescription medications such as Prilosec or nexium. This is something that you should see your physician about and not let go untreated. It is very common and treatable.
