Well I ate a lot more today mainly snack wise I mean peanut butter and Ritz crackers, followed by a 20 minuter walk with Chip. Today I started building the foundation for the new shed being built around the pool pump and filter. Placing the concrete blocks and cutting the wood. Used power tools for everything including the nailing. I think it took longer to actually get all the tools set up then the actual labor. And now I know the end of the whole is coming as my son actually helped without being asked. Now he is body builder with his gym closed so after his home work out. I made him a pull up bar yesterday and inclined crunch workout station. I also made him a surpise I mixed up two 60 lb bags of concrete and used to forms and a steel bar to make him CAVEMAN weight lift set. Now he presses over 320 so it is about half the weight but it worked for him.
