Made another 10lb goal!!! Total of 20lbs!!! It good to see that my clothes are getting baggy. Hope I can keep it up!!!

Yesterday I did good, considering that feeling of being fat. Sometimes it's hard when you feel like you haven't lost as much as you really have. I think that is one of my hardest reasons for staying on a diet. Thankfully I still have my goal in mind for next week so I'm doing pretty well today.

It's been a lot easier to get back on track then I thought, after a long delicious holiday weekend. This week is going pretty good, and my goal is next week. So I feel good about coming close to where I want to be by then :)
