Yesterday I did good, considering that feeling of being fat. Sometimes it's hard when you feel like you haven't lost as much as you really have. I think that is one of my hardest reasons for staying on a diet. Thankfully I still have my goal in mind for next week so I'm doing pretty well today.
207.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
