So far so good, I think I can credit the gymnema supplement I have been taking for reducing my sugar cravings from every day to very rare. I was skeptical, but I literally craved sugar all day long. Just yesterday I felt a twinge for ice cream but easily distracted myself from it:)

I'm switching up the game a bit, watching my calories in/out. Needed some kinda forward motion, tired of floating around the same range and having no energy.

So I took a 2 week vacation:D We had a pig roast and family up last fri-sun, I had planned ahead of time that I was not going to stress over counting, weighing, watching, etc. my food intake. I'd didn't go crazy but I indulged in some adult beverages and had a little bit of some sweets. And then as planned on monday I picked right back up, I'm sticking with weigh in days as sat so I will weigh in tomorrow but I'm not upset with what I'm seeing so far. If I maintain that is just fine with me.
