Did not do well this week I am sure the scale will not be favorable Its hard to figure why I seem to sabotage myself always after I do a week really well??

3/4/13 Had a horrible week for my diet-- We are expecting installers to come this Wed to measure for carpeting on our first floor. Busy with so many things to get ready. A new floor had to get put down in one room and moldings and paint etc... What a mess!!!!!!! Oh well we are almost done with the prep work. I kept scribbling what I ate and didnt put any thing down til today. Im sure I have forgotten some of what I ate. Well today is a new week and I will be back on track. Its obvious I need to keep a running log of my food or I will not do well. Also no exercise I know I could have done it but had a bad attidude.
