Following 1500 calories pretty well.I am on the computer alot at work and at home so this counting the calories will work well with me. Exercise is so/so I upped my minutes to 12 but I am still far from the 30 min per day that is my goal.

went outside for my 10 min walk today weather is wonderful for this time of the year. I will try to increase my time walking tomorrow. I am a little afraid of increasing the exercise to fast since I have not been bery active for years. I had 2 total knees done in the last few years that were sucissful but I have not been doing what I should to increase my activity.

Been continually hungry after brekfast So I spend much of my caloric intake in am hours Actually feel better in the afternoon It helps now that I am finally journaling (always refused to do so with any other diet) So now I can see how many calories are left to deal with at Supper It is now 5 pm and I dont feel like I have to eat yet. I plan to make some vege soup so I can fill up on that tonight and maybe a quaker oats bar. Exercise is not going well as my vertigo has kicked up for the last few days. I think that is; now over so I will walk on treadmill tonight.

I did great today ( my first day) This website is so easy to use No exercise today but I plan to exercise 30 minutes every day.
