its been a long day.
thanks to nancy's comments i'll get there with the food diary, but my intake was a little skewed still as i couldn't find what i ate! oh well, it gives a good approximation.
tomorrow i am going to a farmer's market, so i am looking forward to a wonderfully fresh lunch. it's a treat for getting through the blood test i need to endure beforehand.

i'm new to this, and a little confused. you see, i didn't check before i joined fatsecret to see if it was uk- or us-based.
it's us-based.
i'm from the uk.
i'm a little confused. the food databases dosen't accept 'satsuma' only 'clementine'. and it's never heard of 'murray mints' only a 'candy roll mint' which i hope is similar. (can anyone help me out here? i want a hard boiled mint sweet.)
i thought skittles were a us invention but i can't even locate them on the food list. hmmm. maybe it's me!
apart from that i've lost a 1lb so far. i'm holding off weiging myslef thoughi n case it reappears on the scaels tomorrw - wish me luck!
