i'm down a pound since yesterday. should i put it in th weight history, or wait till tomorrow?
i'm really not hungry today. i'm worried about what this means tomorrow - usually a binge. i've just had 2 veggie and hummus wraps to try and stave this off (also to stop me from night-snacking)
going out tonight. keeping on me:
apple
skittles
hopefully that will also help.

since i last wrote/logged in, i had a binge or two. it resulted in my weight spiking up another 4lbs but as of today i am back down to 154lbs so i don't feel it is important to report in the weight section.
what else? oh, the blood test resutls came back yesterday. i'm fine! no more glandular fever - woo hoo!
the now raises the question why i am still so tired. i hope to be able ot increase my awareness of what i am eating, asking myself what i need and if i am hungry at all. maybe my body will be able ot correct any deficinies by itself. while this happens i am continuing to:
- (try) to take my vitamins on a daily basis (it's more like every second or third day right now)
- start jogging around the block. it's no more than about 10 mins but i'm fine with starting small. i don't think i can do even that non stop right now.
i'm so excited about the possibility of starting to exercise again!
