Well it has been since april 2010 since i had last weighed in. Im back and going to try this again. I really want this to work, and stick.

UPSET WITH MYSELF GOT CARRIED AWAY OVER THE WEEKEND. LOOKS LIKE I PUT A FEW POUNDS BACK ON. EVEN THOUGH ON SAT AND SUNDAY I WENT TO THE GYM FOR 1 HR. ECH DY ,I ONLY DID WEIGHTS AND NO CARDIO AND SPENT 1 HR. IN THE GYM BOTH DAYS, WHAT BLEW IT WAS AFTER WARDS WITH BEER AND FOOD BOTH DAYS. WOW DIDN'T THINK IT WOULD SHOW, BUT... THE SCALE TOLD ME ON MONDAY MORNING! SO AS OF MONDAY I WAS BACK ON TRACK AGAIN AND HOPE TO KEEP IT THAT WAY.

Went back to work last monday.I was off since October,due to a long bout with verdigo,and thats what lead me to start dieting and getting some excercise ,I never realized just how unhelthy I had become. Feels good to be working again, keeps me moving constantly. I work in a very busy deli ,lunches and catering have picked up. Im on my feet all day with alot of walking. Being that I close nightly that really puts more excercise into my day becuase it consists of many other small jobs and moving quickley. The problem I have is that by the time I get home its 6:30 p.m I leave my home at 8 a.m so I havent made time for the gym and I feel bad about it so I have been getting about 20 mins of home excercise in. I just hope to continue to see results. Still keeping track of my intake too.
