changing to the south beach ..
You can have some dairy on phase one. Limited amount. Skim milk, skim cheese, and plain non-fat yogurt. It sound gross, but if you mix sugar free jello in it it is really good.

Trying again
Hi, I h ave done the south beach diet before and lost 60lbs. This time I am having a hard time sticking to it and thought if I did it with others I can do it again. Wishing every one luck and it does really work!
