Overweight but healthy. Tired of feeling extra flesh when I sit and bend over. I love my body and not looking to get “skinny”. I just wish to tone up and get my flat tummy back. Doing Keto and moderate exercise/weight training. Love Keto and the way I feel but starting to struggle with food options and food boredom. I will probably keep this up for another month and switch to low carb/Paelo.

what is your goal weight, 5'3 and 5'4 ladies?
I’m 5’4” and aiming for 153lbs. I’m medium frame and hourglass shape so the extra weight when I’m that size goes to butt and boobs. I don’t mind being 8lbs over my top weight. I’m 164 currently. I’ve been 114lbs and everyone thought I looked sick. So that’s not a good weight on me. Everyone is different, with different body shapes.
