Instead of walking outside, I used my new Leslie Sansone DVD. I must admit it was fun! It was such a busy day today, and I consider it a successful day because I was able to fit exercise in the day. I'm not sure how much longer I can keep doing it because of this semester's workload, but I am putting it higher on my list of priorities than I normally do. My nursing uniform doesn't fit, so it is actually out of necessity!

Ran the Color Run today. It was a lot of fun! I was not feeling well after, but I've recovered now.

I took a day off of exercise today. Tomorrow morning is the color run so I will get 3 miles in tomorrow!

I have successfully walked 4 days in a row, going further than the prior each time. That's great, but after each walk, I feel horrible! I have to rest for an hour after. When will this get easier? I don't remember having this kind of trouble before. It's kind of depressing to think after you exercise, you fell like death.
