Instead of walking outside, I used my new Leslie Sansone DVD. I must admit it was fun! It was such a busy day today, and I consider it a successful day because I was able to fit exercise in the day. I'm not sure how much longer I can keep doing it because of this semester's workload, but I am putting it higher on my list of priorities than I normally do. My nursing uniform doesn't fit, so it is actually out of necessity!

Yes I agree, I love my Leslie dvd. I start my day off with her. If you move you loose. I have so much fun with her until I find myself talking to her like she can hear me LOL. Instead of using the belts. I use 2 lbs weights and 5 lbs weights. I start with the 5 then use the 2 to trick my body. I make it exciting and fun until i look forward to Leslie. I added you as a buddy diva

I try to do 2 miles in the morning and 1 mile after last meal between 7 and 8pm.
