Back on track and feeling GREAT

Things are going good.. I'm back on track and couldn't feel better. Made the commitment today no bread unless its sprouted grains (Ezekiel) and NO sugar.. Did awesome all day. lived on Veggies and tuna and hummus YUM... stopped at the store tonight and picked up more veggies and some Ezekiel bread and some coconut milk ready to get back at this full on.. its already 1am (ok 1248) and I am still awake and not feeling wiped out. yes I'm tired and should be sleeping but not wiped like I normally feel when I get home. I'm sure its the sugar getting out of my body. Didn't log my eats in my calorie counter but today mixed 3 cans of tuna with a bag of frozen veggies, had another probably 2 cups of raw broc, cauliflower, carrots and tomatoes with 2T of Hummus and a GIANT Peach YUMMMM LOTS of water and NO sugar (except the natural occuring in the fruit and vegs) have had NO caffeine in 2 days.. headache this morning combat it with LOTS of water and not excederine as I normally would because that too has caffeine in it. Started my day with Kenpo X this morning nothing like it to get you on track and feeling your body and feeling the power again. Its always my go to workout. Ok enough from me.. night..

I'm Baaaaackkk :o)

Work has been crazy busy I've been working some 14-18 hour days with the drive of an hour between home and work. so needless to say there hasn't been much time to be here updating nor working out. I've done my best to keep eating on track but as I was tired throughout the day a cookie or bagel was easy to reach for and keep me with some energy (I work at Panera Bread). I think we finally have some sort of things straightening out and the GM and I both agree we will not wear ourselves down like that again. but there was no choice this time around we both reacted with what needed to be done at the time. But its back on track and I plan to fire up that calorie counter that made me love my droid phone so much and get back on track.. heading to the grocery store now to get stuff back in the house to be able to take to work. YEAH for being back on track.. Thanks to Patrick and Mighty Full for checking in on me to see how I've been.. really made me feel good to sign on and have notes from you. Planning on getting back to being mroe active here daily and getting it together again.
