Weeks are still crazy I keep thinking I'll have more time here but I don't. :o( I'm doing my best to stay motivated and moving forward and workout even for a few minutes a day if I can. I've actually had the last 2 days off and only worked out a little just feel TOTALLY drained and like sleeping when I get down time. My son and I joked that I'm like a doll in a store keep me upright my eyes stay open for hours let me sit or lay down and they are instantly closed for hours no matter how much sleep I've had. Yes we laughed but when I think about it, its really not that funny. I need to find and extinguish the reason for my fatigue. My diet has been pretty clean.. my exercise when I can. Keeping my weight down and water intake up. But still can't seem to figure out the fatigue. literally as I sit here and type I could go to sleep and I just got up from a 3 hour nap and slept 10 hours last night.
