i haev been pushing myself to not give up and not to eat unhealthy...my weakness is when i see people around me eating crazy i sometime wanna fall into temptation and eat crazy but i am NOT going to fail or say tomorrow will be better NO today will be better and i will not push my weight loss anymore i will get to my goal THIS year

i have been feeling very engergized and every happy about my self trust me i am NO where near where i want to be but i am happy i have a supportive family and work group and i can even get on the internet and meet ppl that are trying to do the same this i know with this support things will get better...this month i know i will be far away from 200 pound hallejuah thank you god in advance <3

i am starting this in June 1st 2013 just so i can get all the crazy cravings out of my sysytem which i already have done and i will only be eating salad with turkey and frinking water for 3 months i am super excited

i truly feel so fat and i am so happy tomorrow starts the day my life will change for the better....i just want to be out of the 200.00 already like WHY can't i get out...well anyway i just need supportive ppl...does anyone know of any good diets
