hi...i am still feeling very bad not like my normal self at all...i will try to go to the gym tonight and see how that does for me if not i will go tomorrow...i am going thru it for some reason...but i am going to take it easy for now becasue i only have one of me lol and i don't wanna pass out or anything...i have been eating food and trying to really eat healthy but everything i eat it and doesnt stick with my stomach at all

hey everybody..i have been sick since friday and i am down a pound...i really havent been working out at all...and not eating as well...i am very weak unforntently (however you spell it) and not really up to my spirits like i use to be...i could appreciate some kind words...hope everyone is doing well with there weight loss and yall had a GREAT 4th of July

omgggg i am so close to my goal i love it i got on the scale and i weigh 193.0 i am doing so well i can feel my change and my weight loss...i know i have busting my butt off and hard work truly pays off i will be going to the gym tonight and just keeping up the good work...

hey everybody well i started off good this morning and i ate chiptole again today but something about it i didnt finish the whole bowl or all my chips and i have been going to the gym last night and i did a hour and a half and this morning i wanted to do my dvd but it wouldn't work so that means kill it again in the gym tonight and this weekend only drinking my meal replacement drink with only water and working out hardcore....

I am writing a journal today because I am a little upset with my self Friday after my hard work I ate pizza and Saturday I ate Chinese and Mexican and 2 donuts and today I had McDonald 10 piece chicken nuggets and fries and a coke....I know that my cravings are crazy but I will stop it and my work this week will be hardcore and I can't cheat next weekend
