hey everybody so i have been doing my Slim in 6 DVD and everyother day in the morning and then doing Revabs and then at night going to the gym. right now i am just doing meal replacement for my dinner and my lunch. i started that this week. so we will see how that will go for this week. Also i need to find a good scale they are so hard to find becasue i have been getting miss match readings...but we have to keep motivated and thru christ we can..

This weekend was very good for me..i have a member ship at a new gym and i have a better outlook on life..i can do anything thru JESUS..i am just so happy becasue i know my god loves me and everything will be ok. i have to speak what i want into existance...

hey hey hey people i didnt write yesterday becasue i was off i had a lot of soul searching to do and i had to really get my mind right for this weight loss i was like what am i doing and why am i giving up so today i woke up ealry and was like o no ill go back to sleep and then i said O HELL NO i am going to do this work out so i got up and i did slim in 6 and it felt good and this evening i will go to the gym.

i just want to give up on my diet and not care anymore..this weeked i pigged out and didnt do anything and also yesterday and today..UGHHH
