I finally had 3 full days of no work in 7 months and I feel normal again. This weekend I managed 2 days of gym and I reached 17 days of clean eating, although the scale is not budging much, I am hoping for a drop with my weigh-in later this week and the cms have shown some slight changes.
I have beach holiday coming up in just over 5 weeks and I am motivated to get as toned as possible by then. Its a tough one with my working hours but I plan to put in 100% of the effort to get me as close to my goal as possible... low carb, IF and exercise, hopefully its a recipe for success.
