I have also been a little heavier than most, but I like to say I was healthy. I like to have meat on my bones and I enjoy being thick, but after 3 kids I am a little more thick than I want to be. I don't want to lose much weight but at least a good ten punds so my face won't look so fat. I want to start off with a small amount so I won't get disappionted that I didn't lose the 30 or 25. My daughter took a picture of me the other day and I really wasn't happy with the way I looked. So now here I am... With hopes of making my face and my waist a lttle smaller. =)
