Today’s workout was Dirty 30- 21 day fix.
Average bpm-103
Not one to get the heart rate up but it is a decent weight training workout.
Today I’m also stating IF 18:6
My window is 10am to 4pm
I think it will be the best way to control my diet.

Today’s workout was Speed and Agility, Insanity (the asylum)
Average BPM- 120
Was good but lots of plank moves which I found hard. Heart rate wasn’t as high an usual Insanity workouts but I was definitely sweating lots! Challenging for the upper body.
