This week I have fully weaned Jack from Breastfeeding so I’m feeling very off and I think it’s going to take a couple weeks to get back to normal. My carbs were definitely out of control which I know is why I only lost a pound. Week 2 will be focusing on carb Intake. More protein shakes, eggs, meat, salads.. stay away from chocolate/candy/ice cream/baked goods!
