Did yoga this AM for 30 min - so that's now 5 days in a row! Plan to continue this as long as I can.

Woke up to do an intense yoga session. That's 4 days in a row of getting up and working out!

Was sluggish this morning but managed some simple cardio exercises for 30 min!

Got up to exercise 2 days so far this week. My goal is to continue making time to work out at least 30 min every morning so I don't feel so bad on the days that I miss it.
