Well my name is Amy. I'm 18. Not overweight or anything. I've just gained about 20-25 pounds back of what I lost about a year ago, mostly due to eating habits. I'm just ready to lose the weight again and feel as great as I used to. Wish me luck! :)

can't get motivated
Well, I'll try to answer this with the things that motivate me... first, I always imagine how great I'm going to feel once its finished and how i'll get to take a nice long shower at the end and relax on the couch... then i think that im not only exersizing to lose weight but to also be a healthier person in general and to respect my body. also, if im gonna exersize for an hour, i think that if i dont exersize, how would i be spending my time? probably doing something pointless or non essential like watching tv. i dont know if it helped, but i think your mind is the best motivation tool you have Smile

Favorite Foods
I know this site is supposed to be about losing weight, but lets take a moment and reflect on our favorite foods that we dont deprive ourselves of. I think there should be at least one favorite thing we are allowed to eat, in moderation of course. Mine is peanut butter. God's gift to my taste buds Smile
