on my lunch break I did my walk and jog around the parking lot. glad i did because after work, kids,dinner, grocery shopping..yea im too beat for tonight lol

crap weather , no walk on my lunch break. so i did intense butt and ab workout 30 minutes YouTube fitness trainer Sydney Cummings is who I use all the time. 🙂

camped this weekend, middle of mountains, drank beer ate chips. gotta have chips with my beer lol anyways im hoping to have a good week to healthy eating and exercising
