Amenorheea
Hello,
I am 22.I've had secondary amenorheea for exactly one year now. I went in the past 1.5 years from 61 kg to a now stable 51 kg. I'm 171cm, pear shape body. I've lost the weight through careful dieting and exercising max 3 times a week (just some jogging for 1 hour and some weights). I've had blood tests done and all hormone levels were fine.
As the doctors weren't sure what was wrong, they gave me norethistherone pills twice now, which did manage to make my periods come (horrible pain side effects).
Most of my life I've been a 60-57kg lazy person.
Anyone experienced amenorheea after losing weight but had their hormones normal? Any idea why this is happening? Any ideas what I should do to have it again? (I'd prefer not to go back to my fat ass pls. Although 57 is in the normal range, my body's pear conformation makes me look fat-this is a fact). Are there other no side-effect pills I could take? Could it be just the stress of me losing weight too suddenly ? Could it come back after my body gets used to the new me?
The truth is I really don't mind not suffering once a month, but everyone around me seems concerned, and they stressed me about it too. Should add that I do have a stress/panic attacks problem, and a bad auto-immune thyroid.

Confused - I just cant run.....
Had the same problem. Kinda still do.
At first 3 mins and every part of my body was hurting, especially my right and left sides of my abdomen.
Basically I started running until it hurts, then walking fast(not stopping) until it feels better, then again running and so on for as much as I can. Your body just needs to get used to it. After 3 months of this not I can run about 30 mins until it starts to hurt.
